In a small bowl, create the marinade by combining liquid ingredients and salt. Pour 1 cup of marinade into a large resealable plastic bag, and add the chicken. Seal bag; refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Cover and refrigerate the remaining marinade for basting.
Drain and discard marinade from chicken. Prepare your Grill Pan for grilling.
Using the slotted turner from the 4-Piece Kitchen Tool Set, place the chicken breast bone side down and grill, covered, over medium heat for 20 minutes on each side, or until a thermometer reads 170°, basting occasionally with the remaining marinade.
