Ensure your meat is properly cooked by using a cooking thermometer

“Cooking is an art, but we shouldn't be afraid to apply a little science to it. Determining if a piece of meat is thoroughly cooked can be difficult to do just from your sight. That's why I recommend you use a cooking thermometer. This way, you can get accurate results, making for meat that is full of flavor and safe to eat.”

Pre-heat your pans to ensure food doesn't stick

“I get it; you're in a rush, the family is waiting, and all you want to just get your food cooked. However, the worst thing you can do is to toss some oil into a pan after it has gotten hot! For best results, try preheating your pan before you add oil. This will let your oil warm up naturally, and doing so won't make your food stick!.”

Invest in knife sharpening tools

“A chef is only as good as his tools, and kitchen tools mean everything to a chef! If you're serious about making good food, you need good tools, and the most important tool of all is your knife. A kitchen knife is the quintessential tool that is required for just about every cooking session. Make sure your knife is sharp, and you'll get the best results for every meal!”
