“Triple-layer marble coating” is a revolutionary new coating material that makes cookware strong, durable, and makes it more resistant over a longer period.
All Berlinger Haus products come with clear instructions on how to clean them after use. Products are categorized as “Hand-wash” or “Dishwasher-safe,” thereby informing customers on which method to take.
Our enhanced cookware features technology that allow them to achieve the same efficiency as other pans, but with less energy. This means that a pot or pan with a “turbo-induction base” is more energy efficient, environmentally friendly, and very cost effective.
A “soft-touch handle” is a pot or pan with a riveted joint that does not transfer heat. What’s more, its waterproof quality protects it from corrosion, the hardness of the material provides a firm grip, and its durability ensures a longer lifespan.
Only cookware with a stainless steel handle can be placed in the oven.
“Laser-cut blades” use a high-powered laser beam to cut their contours in a non-contact, cost-effective fabrication process in which the savings are passed on to the customer.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
* Be in a lightly used condition as determined by our customer support team
* Be in the original packaging
* Be accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If your refund is not approved, shipping costs for the item will not be refunded back.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Orders are usually delivered in 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Berlingerhausus.com ships to addresses within the U.S.A. and to U.S. Territories. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Berlingerhausus.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If your product has been damaged, please notify us. We will assess the damage and provide a refund as directed by our customer support team. Please take photos of all products that have incurred damage. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
